Meeting the North American ceramics industry
Shanghai Haoyue Technology Co., Ltd. participated in Ceramics Expo 2026, held from May 5 to 6 in Cleveland, Ohio. The exhibition brought together ceramic manufacturers, equipment suppliers, material developers, and technical buyers from across the North American advanced manufacturing market. For Haoyue, the event was an important channel to present its experience in high-temperature thermal processing equipment, including spark plasma sintering systems, vacuum hot pressing furnaces, vacuum sintering furnaces, gas pressure sintering furnaces, and customized furnace platforms for demanding material processes.
Process-focused communication
At the Cleveland exhibition, Haoyue focused on application-driven conversations with customers developing advanced ceramics, carbon and composite materials, semiconductor-related parts, lithium battery materials, and protective material structures. Many discussions covered how temperature uniformity, pressure loading, atmosphere selection, vacuum performance, and automation level influence final material density, strength, and repeatability. Haoyue also introduced how its engineering process begins with the customer's material, geometry, process temperature, pressure, and capacity target before forming a recommended configuration. The team paid particular attention to scale-up requirements from laboratory trials to stable pilot production. Participation in Ceramics Expo 2026 helped Haoyue deepen its understanding of North American customer priorities and reinforced the company's goal of providing reliable, technically clear furnace solutions for research, pilot production, and professional manufacturing environments.
