P2 Vacuum Hot Pressing Furnace
P2 technical proposal data imported from the Word document for product review and inquiry routing.
The equipment integrates vacuum/atmosphere control, hot pressing, and high-temperature sintering into one system, and is suitable for the preparation of a wide range of high-performance materials. It can process ceramic materials such as niobium oxide, silicon carbide, boron carbide, and boron nitride, as well as graphene carbon fiber, and high-temperature alloy metal powders, enabling high-temperature pressure, sintering and densification.
Key Features
Technical Highlights
Highly Integrated Design: The system features a horizontal, side-opening door ,one-for-all design, ensuring precise material loading and unloading. With user-friendly operation and flexible mobility, it significantly enhances production efficiency and optimizes space utilization.
High-Efficiency Heating and Cooling Performance
Rapid Heating Rate: The system heats from 10 C to 2000 C in just 48 minutes (average heating rate of 41.23 C/min), shortening process cycles by 50%-70% compared to traditional equipment and delivering substantial energy savings.
Fast Cooling Rate: Cooling from 2000 C to 50 C requires only 387 minutes (average cooling rate: 5.04 C/min), significantly improving equipment turnover rate.
Optimized Thermal field Design: Heating chamber is designed based on thermal simulation calculations to guarantee excellent temperature uniformity. Featuring modular heating elements and a high-performance insulation system, the design minimizes heat loss and maximizes energy efficiency.
Excellent Temperature Uniformity: Temperature uniformity within the hot zone is +/-5 C, verified by five-point measurement after holding at 1000 C for 1 hour, ensuring consistent material sintering quality.
High Mechanical Pressure(Standard Version 30T/300kN,Plus Version 50T/500kN): Compared with 20T equipment, 30T/50T high-pressure systems significantly enhance the material densification capability. They are particularly suitable for the sintering of ultra-hard ceramics (B4C, SiC) and nanopowders, effectively eliminating internal porosity and improving the mechanical properties of the final products.
High Percision Pressure Control: Equipped with a servo hydraulic system, the pressure accuracy is <= +/-3 per mille FS (full scale), ensuring stable pressure during the sintering process and preventing material defects.
Multiple Safety Protections: HMI + PLC + PID-based pressure control system enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of process parameters. Multiple safety interlocks are implemented to prevent abnormal conditions such as overpressure and overtemperature, ensuring the safety of both equipment and personnel.
Excellent Sealing Performance: Corrugated pipes sealing is applied to the dynamic press head to ensure a leak-tight vacuum/inert atmosphere environment. The pressure rise rate is <= 2 Pa/h (cold, empty furnace), minimizing gas contamination (oxidation/nitridation), reducing vacuum pump cycling, and prolonging equipment service life.
Selection guide
Confirm the process window before quotation.
For faster engineering review, prepare the core process boundaries before sending an inquiry.
Can the chamber be customized?
Yes. Chamber size, heating zone, fixture, pressure, and atmosphere configuration should be confirmed through technical review.
Is a process test recommended?
For new materials or demanding density targets, a sample process discussion helps reduce equipment selection risk.
What should be sent with an inquiry?
Material, target temperature, pressure or load, atmosphere, workpiece size, and expected capacity are the most useful inputs.
