P2CO Vacuum Hot Pressing Furnace
P2CO technical proposal data imported from the Word document for product review and inquiry routing.
The equipment integrates vacuum/atmosphere control, hot pressing, and high-temperature sintering into one system, and is suitable for the preparation of a wide range of high-performance materials. It can process ceramic materials such as niobium oxide, silicon carbide, boron carbide, and boron nitride, as well as graphene carbon fiber, and high-temperature alloy metal powders, enabling high-temperature pressure, sintering and densification.
Key Features
Technical Highlights
Highly Integrated Design: Adopting a horizontal, side door opening and all-in-one machine structure, it optimizes the accuracy of material loading and unloading, features convenient operation and flexible equipment movement, and greatly improves efficiency and space utilization.
Efficient Heating and Cooling Capacity: Rapid heating: It only takes 20 minutes to heat from 10C to 2000C (average heating rate of 100C/min), which shortens the process time by 50%~80% compared with traditional equipment and significantly reduces energy consumption.
Fast cooling: It only takes 280 minutes to cool from 2000C to 100C, greatly improving the equipment turnover rate.
Optimized Thermal Field Design: The heating chamber is calculated through thermal simulation to ensure temperature uniformity. A modular heating element + high-efficiency thermal insulation layer design is adopted to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency ratio.
Excellent Temperature Uniformity: Temperature uniformity within the hot zone is +/-5 C, verified by five-point measurement after holding at 1000 C for 1 hour, ensuring consistent material sintering quality.
High Mechanical Pressure (30T/300kN for standard version, 50T/500kN for enlarged version): Compared with 20T equipment, the high pressure of 30T/50T significantly improves the material densification capacity, which is especially suitable for the sintering of ultra-hard ceramics (B4C, SiC) and nanopowder, effectively eliminating internal porosity and improving the mechanical properties of products.
High-precision Pressure Control: A servo hydraulic system is adopted with a pressure precision of <=+/-3 per milleFS (full range), ensuring stable pressure during the sintering process and avoiding material defects.
Multiple Safety Protection: HMI+PLC+PID pressure sensing control for real-time monitoring and adjustment of process parameters; multi-level safety interlocks to prevent abnormal situations such as overpressure and over-temperature, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
Excellent Sealing Performance: Corrugated pipes sealing is applied to the dynamic press head to ensure a leak-tight vacuum/inert atmosphere environment. The pressure rise rate is <= 2 Pa/h (cold, empty furnace), minimizing gas contamination (oxidation/nitridation), reducing vacuum pump cycling, and prolonging equipment service life.
Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Advantages: Rapid heating and cooling + high-efficiency thermal insulation can reduce electricity/gas consumption by more than 30%; the low leakage rate design reduces the waste of protective gas and lowers the operating cost.
Selection guide
Confirm the process window before quotation.
For faster engineering review, prepare the core process boundaries before sending an inquiry.
Can the chamber be customized?
Yes. Chamber size, heating zone, fixture, pressure, and atmosphere configuration should be confirmed through technical review.
Is a process test recommended?
For new materials or demanding density targets, a sample process discussion helps reduce equipment selection risk.
What should be sent with an inquiry?
Material, target temperature, pressure or load, atmosphere, workpiece size, and expected capacity are the most useful inputs.
